Please note that we do not accept product returns under any circumstances. All sales are final.
However, should you experience an issue with your order—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—you may be eligible for a refund. In such cases, please contact our support team at grizou.solution@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Include photos and a brief description of the issue so our team can promptly assess and resolve the matter.

🇪🇺 European Union – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with EU regulations, customers within the European Union may cancel their order within 3 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. While cancellations are accepted, please note that returns are not—only refunds will be issued when applicable.
